What is Life Coaching

It is a process that aims to help individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals, enhance their overall well-being, and make positive changes in their lives. Life coaches work with clients to provide guidance, support, and motivation, helping them overcome obstacles, improve their skills, and unlock their full potential. The areas that life coaching covers can vary depending on the specific needs and goals of the client, but commonly include:

It's important to note that life coaching is different to counselling. While counselling  focuses on addressing psychological issues and healing past traumas, life coaching is future-oriented and focuses on personal growth, goal achievement, and building a fulfilling life.

Effective life coaching relies on the coach's ability to actively listen, ask powerful questions, provide constructive feedback, and create a supportive and trusting relationship with the client.
