My personalised one-on-one menopause coaching offers tailored support to help you manage symptoms, emotions, and lifestyle changes. Whether you're dealing with hot flashes, sleep disturbances, or emotional challenges, the coaching sessions provide:

•    Personalised wellness plans to help you thrive

2. Mindfulness & Menopause


Mindfulness is a powerful tool to help you stay centred during menopause. I offer  Mindfulness & Menopause sessions that include:
•    Morning Meditation & Mindfulness Walks: Start your day with calm and clarity by participating in guided meditation sessions followed by peaceful nature walks. These sessions help reduce stress and increase mental well-being.
•    Breathwork & Ice Bathing: In partnership with a certified Wim Hof instructor, I can offer breathwork sessions and ice bathing experiences. This combination helps improve circulation, reduce stress, and build resilience, making it an effective tool for managing menopause symptoms.

Taking care of your health during menopause is essential. The Health & Menopause sessions that I offer focus on:

7. Community Support Group


Open House Wellbeing’s Menopause Circle is a safe, welcoming space for women to come together, share experiences, and support one another. In this group, you will:
•    Meet others who are going through similar experiences, forming connections and friendships
•    Engage in open discussions about the challenges and joys of menopause in a non-judgmental setting
•    Gain valuable insights and tips from the group and from myself and other facilitators. This group is about fostering unity and collective empowerment, providing a space for women to unite and uplift each other through shared understanding and compassion.


8. Workplace Awareness & Empowerment


I offer Workplace Workshops that aim to raise awareness, increase understanding, and empower organisations to support menopausal employees. Through the Menopause Champions Program, we help businesses create more inclusive environments by:
•    Training staff to understand menopause and how to support colleagues going through it
•    Developing workplace policies that accommodate the needs of menopausal employees
•    Creating peer support networks within the workplace, with trained Menopause Champions who can offer guidance and assistance

Relaxation Through Reiki & Hypnotherapy in a Peaceful Countryside Setting
