I am an experienced and accredited Coach and Neurolinguistic Practitioner, with the National and International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and I am ready to facilitate your journey of self-discovery and guide you to achieving your goals. What ever they maybe for you.

What is a Sober Coach

A sober coach, also known as a sobriety coach or recovery coach, provides guidance, support, and accountability to individuals who are in recovery from substance abuse or addiction.
