6-Week "New Direction" Wellbeing Program

Program Overview:

The "New Direction" wellbeing program is designed to help clients break free from old patterns, discover new paths, and create a future aligned with their true potential. This 6-week program integrates Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) in weekly 90-minute sessions to ensure a comprehensive and transformative experience.

Week-by-Week Outline

Week 1: Foundation and Vision Setting

Session 1: Initial Consultation and Vision Setting

    • Comprehensive intake to understand the client’s current situation and aspirations.

    • Introduction to the program structure and methodologies.

    • Vision setting using SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and GROW Model

    • Brief overview of Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and IEMT.

    • Guided visualisation exercise to envision a new direction.

Focus: Establishing a clear vision and foundation for embarking on a new direction.

Week 2: Clarifying Goals and Beliefs

Session 2: Mindset and Beliefs

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • Components:

    • Exploration of limiting beliefs and thought patterns.

    • Introduction to NLP techniques such as reframing and anchoring.

    • Visualisation exercises to reinforce positive mental imagery.

    • Coaching to develop actionable steps aligned with the new direction.

    • Comprehensive review of the journey and achievements.

    • Hypnotherapy session focusing on future pacing to visualise long-term success.

    • Reflection on the journey, celebrating progress, and planning next steps.

Focus: Integrating all learnings, celebrating achievements, and planning for continued growth.

Weekly Check-ins: Brief 15-minute calls or emails to address any questions or challenges.

  • Resource Materials: Access to guided meditations and hypnotherapy audio tracks.
