Evening Meditation and Reflection
As the day winds down, our evening sessions will guide you through a process of reflection and release. We'll take stock of the day's activities, acknowledging successes and addressing challenges. This practice will help you let go of what no longer serves you, plan how to address outstanding issues, and prepare for a restful night.as we know how important a good night's sleep is for our health, wellbeing and productivity Through a daily inventory, we’ll also focus on personal growth by acknowledging where improvements can be made, so you can promptly amend and move forward with a clear conscience.
