4-Week "Relax, Reset, Recharge" Wellbeing Program

Program Overview:

The "Relax, Reset, Recharge" wellbeing program is designed to help clients achieve deep relaxation, reset their mental and emotional states, and recharge their energy. This 4-week program integrates Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) in weekly 60-minute sessions to provide a comprehensive and rejuvenating experience.

    • Comprehensive intake to understand the client’s current state and goals.

    • Introduction to the program structure and methodologies.

    • Hypnotherapy session focused on deep relaxation techniques.

    • Guided relaxation exercise to release stress and tension.

Focus: Establishing a foundation of relaxation and setting the stage for deeper work.

Week 2: Resetting Mental and Emotional States

    • Brief review of the previous session and progress.

    • Introduction to Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT).

    • IEMT session to address and release past emotional imprints and reset mental patterns.

    • Techniques for maintaining a balanced and reset mental state.

Focus: Resetting mental and emotional states to clear past imprints and patterns.

    • Introduction to Reiki and its benefits.

    • Full Reiki session to balance and recharge the client’s energy.

    • Discussion of sensations and experiences during the session.

Focus: Balancing and recharging the client’s energy to promote overall wellbeing.

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Components:

    • Comprehensive review of the journey and achievements.

    • Hypnotherapy session focusing on future pacing and visualisation of continued relaxation, reset, and recharge.

    • Development of a personalised plan to maintain relaxation, reset mental and emotional states, and recharge energy in daily life.

Focus: Integrating all learnings, celebrating progress, and planning for continued relaxation and wellbeing.

Additional Support

Weekly Check-ins: Brief 15-minute calls or emails to address any questions or challenges.

  • Resource Materials: Access to guided meditations and hypnotherapy audio tracks.

  • Community Support: Optional group sessions or online forums for peer support and sharing experiences.

The "New Direction" program provides a structured, supportive environment for clients to break free from old patterns and embrace new paths, leading to profound and lasting transformation.
