6-Week "Challenge and Overcome" Wellbeing Program

Program Overview:

This 6-week integrated wellbeing program, "Challenge and Overcome," is designed to help clients identify and overcome personal barriers, develop a resilient, mindset, and achieve lasting personal transformation. Each 90-minute weekly session combines Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Reiki to ensure a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Week-by-Week Outline

    • Comprehensive intake to understand client’s challenges and goals.

    • Introduction to the program structure and methodologies.

    • Goal setting using SMART criteria and GROW Model

    • Brief overview of Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Reiki.

    • Guided relaxation meditation to set a positive tone for the journey.
